Spring Break get-a-way

We stayed home during Spring Break for most of the time just enjoying some relaxing time.  We were able to get Byron to take a day off work so we could get away to West Valley to stay at the Stay Bridge suite.  We stayed there two years previous and loved this place.  We had fun watching a movie in the theater room, playing basketball outside, swimming two different times, and just hanging out together.  Last time we came Carter and Parker couldn't go on the water slide.  This year I went and bought some water shoes for Parker to make sure he would be tall enough.  He was fine, but we were really worried - poor kid - sometimes being short has it's downs.

Parker down the first time - he loved it.

Way too much relaxing going on:)  Carter and Parker hanging out on their bed.

We ate lunch at Golden Coral.  The kids all loved being able to choose their own foods.  The chocolate fountain and cotton candy were a huge hit.

For the rest of Spring Break we had fun making cards with Grandma Beck for her to use while she is on her mission.  We all gathered at Jeff and Emily's house and boy was their a lot of cool cards being made.  We especially loved using Grandma's cricket.  Then one day we spent up at Grandpa and Grandma Adamson's house.  How lucky we are to have them live by us now.  The end of the week was General Conference.  We always love watching it and feeling the spirit from the amazing talks.
