November beginning of month pics

Camille was so excited to go to the Sadie Hawkins Dance.  She was talked into asking Kyson Taylor from Audrey Barron.  I will include Camille's retelling her experience with this when I get it from her.

Here date was broken into two days - the first part was decorating shirts for the dance.  The group that Camille went with along with Audrey had their theme "Avengers."  Camille and Kyson were Captain America.  Their shirts looked great.  The second part was going to the dance.  She had fun for her first date and was glad she went with somebody that she knew so well.
Bradley came home from church with this cool necklace and was so excited to do secret service.  Here he is sweeping and so excited to do jobs around the house.
Bradley had a thankful turkey that he made by using feet prints from family members.  He was so excited to take it to school.
Tanner and Byron went to Goblin Valley with the scouts on November 2.  They ended up camping close to the mountain in a very rustic area without any bathroom facilities or running water.  They came back the following day and had a great time together.

Parker got Student of the Month for Character Counts in October.  His postcard mailed from Mrs. Knutti said, "...for being your best!  Parker, Thank you for always doing your best!  You are a great example to those around you!"  He came home one very happy boy.
Right after my parents got up here to look for houses, a huge snow storm came through that gave Lehi about 2 inches of snow and Salt Lake County about 8 inches.  We were house hunting at the time up in Salt Lake County and went through some pretty yucky weather to look for houses.  I had to tease my parents that they brought the bad weather with them.  We got about a trace of snow in Lehi and dumped on in West Valley/Taylorsville area where we were looking.
Parker and Bradley used up every bit of snow in our backyard to make a very cute snowman.

I love looking out my window to see the boys all playing together.  They were having fun on the trampoline.
It was so fun having my parents up for while Dad had some doctor's appointments and house hunting.  Bradley made my dad this cool necklace.  I couldn't resist taking his picture with it on.  He was such a great sport to wear it :).
For a long time Byron and I have wanted to take both of our parents out to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.  The opportunity finally presented itself on November 16th.  I have been there a couple of times before and thoroughly have enjoyed every time we have gone.  The food is like no other I have ever tasted.  Out of both of our parents, the only one that had been here before was Dad Beck with work.  They were in for a treat.  It was fun to let them experience the wonderful food with us.  The evening was an awesome one and so fun to be together with such amazing people.  A small way of showing both of them just how much we truly love and appreciate all they do for us.  I talked both of our moms into getting the stuffed chicken and the sweet potato pie.  They both loved it.    Afterwards Dad and Mom Beck needed to get back home so the rest of us walked down to City Creek to enjoy walking around.  The area was gorgeous at night.  Dad and Mom had never been there so it was fun to show them around.  The whole evening was amazing and so fun.  We just love these 4 people so much and feel honored to have them in our life.

Tanner had the opportunity to sing with the Lehi City Choir for a special Lehi City weeks kickoff where Voice Male was coming to perform.  Tanner practiced about 6 times previous with kids from all over Lehi.  He was asked from the Bishopric to participate along with Jayden Cowan.  He enjoyed this cool experience.  On November 18th he sang a couple of songs with the 100+ members in his choir.  They did such a fantastic job.  Afterwards Voice Male performed.  They were amazing and so fun to watch.  My kids were all thoroughly enthralled with it.  They performed for about one hour with so many fun songs.  Unfortunately because of the huge turn out to Willow Creek Junior High for this event, the choir that Tanner was in were not able to watch Voice Male - they went out into the cafeteria area during that time.  It was sad for him as I know he would have loved watching them.  He was able to perform his final number and then Voice Male came out for an encore - they sang right in front of Tanner.  I could tell from his smile that he was loving this.  It was quite a cool experience.  We sat with Jeff, Emily and family.   My kids loved sitting with their cousins.
