Adamson Family Reunion part II

We headed over to a really nice area of the Clackamas River to enjoy some water time on the second day.  Jared brought his kayak which was really fun and Heather brought some tubes for the older kids to float down the river.  Some of the family stayed back to be with younger children taking naps - it was sad to not have them with us.  I enjoyed watching from the side and taking pictures - just my style of enjoyment:).
Tanner
Michael, Carter (blue life jacket), Jade, Myles, Ashley and Carter.
Jared and Mom on the kayak.
Bradley was very nervous to get into the water - it was a little chilly - but he finally gave in.
 Camille floating down the river
Carter and Byron having some fun kayak time.
 Johnathan looking way too relaxed.
 Byron, Bradley and Parker
 Parker
 Johnathan and Tanner
Dad and Mom relaxing - love their chair was a cooler.
The kids could see small fish in the water - they had a great time with empty cups trying to catch them.
Dad and Mom finally getting their turn - it took a lot of convincing for Dad.
 Rebekah and Camille
A fun game of kick ball.  Johnathan, Jared and Tavis
Parker being silly with Michael and Tavis.
The whole gang with our tie dyed shirts- too bad Heather got cut off and Mom's face whole face wasn't showing - guess that is what happens when we have such a large group and it is being timed.
My cute family (Parker, blue - Carter, yellow) - we had a lot of fun making them and the colors all turned out so cool.  One word of warning when tye dying them - do not wash them all together.  I thought I was being safe to at least keep them all in the same wash but now the shirts all turned a pink tint from Byron and I's shirts.  Didn't make my children very happy.  Carter's was the only one that survived because he had his washed with his own clothes by accident.  I guess I owe my kids another tie dying activity.
As we started the talent show, a huge downpour started and wouldn't let up.  We ended up scrambling to our vehicles and went down to a covered pavillion to finish it.  I guess Oregon wouldn't be complete without rain :)  The boys all sang "Elevator" from David Archuleta while Camille played the guitar.  Camille sang "We're Going to Be Friends."  They both did great.  Johnathan and Tanner decided to also do a skit to liven things up.  They got us all laughing.

We had fun going out as adults to a restaurant on Friday for lunch.  It is always awesome to get away to enjoy each other.  We went to downtown Portland to eat.
Our drive home - we did it in two days so it wasn't so overwhelming.
Parker, Carter and Bradley being a little too crazy in the back of the van.
Having a nice dinner after being couped up in the van.  Tricia, Bradley, Parker, Camille, Tanner, Johnathan, and Carter.

Heather and her family did such a great job at planning such a fun reunion.  It was sad not seeing Paul the whole time.  Cannot wait until next year!
