Tanner went with Byron on a camp out to the geode pits just west of Lehi (in Dugway, Utah). They were able to dig around in the dirt to find any geodes that they could find. Tanner ended up bringing a couple of them home and boy did they have fun hitting some of them that weren't open yet. Tanner carried around the pick axe and was able to enjoy himself like most boys do. We are so lucky to have amazing men working with the youth. I hear about other ward's scouting program and can't help but feel so grateful for all that these men do to sacrifice so much of their time for these boys.
