Camille performed in "My Favorite Year" with her Musical Theater class. She was so excited about this play. Not only was she one of the Maxford House girl's, but she also was in the opener of the show. Last year Camille with about 4 other girls had to put together an opener that was for the beginning of one of the plays this year. Out of all of the openers that were made up, Camille's groups was chosen to be for this year. As long as those girls weren't leads in the play, they could be in the opener. Camille was Simba from Lion King in the opener. They sang "Hakuna Matata" while changing the lyrics for the show for good theater etiquette. It was so fun to watch the opener as Camille was the lead. She did a fantastic job and had a pretty good solo line.
"My Favorite Year" was also amazing. I absolutely loved watching it each time I was able to go. The lead characters were so fun to watch and so talented. We especially loved watching Tim Rollins who has been a favorite in plays Camille performs in for quite some time. Camille was also wonderful and did a great job. She was a Maxford House Girl (like Maxwell House Coffee). She was so cute in her fun costumes. I especially loved watching her sing their song in coffee cups. I am so grateful Camille has had this fabulous opportunity to be in these plays. Every one of them is so different, but amazing and the talent is pretty incredible.
Our family were so great to come and see her perform. I was also so glad that Dad and Mom Adamson were up here so they could see her opening night. The last play they were able to see Camille in was her first play when she was in "Sound of Music." They were impressed.

It was extra fun to have both sets of Grandparents come on opening night. What a fun treat!
Camille was so excited that Britlyn Hauver (one of her best friends) was going to be in MDT this year. They had so much fun together. I was so grateful to Britlyn's willingness to drive Camille home after the late night rehearsals.
There was also more family that I never got a picture of. How awesome they all were to come and support Camille.
